Shilajit and Fulvic Acid: An Ancient Source of Everyday Vitality
Share
Shilajit is a mineral-rich substance formed over time in mountain rock layers. It contains fulvic substances and has a long history of traditional use. Modern research is exploring its possible role in physical performance and wellbeing, but the evidence is not yet broad enough for sweeping claims.
What has actually been studied?
A small eight-week study in recreationally active men found that 500 mg daily of a standardized shilajit extract may help retain muscular strength following a fatiguing task. The finding is interesting, but it came from a narrow group and does not prove that shilajit boosts energy for everyone.
Another clinical trial studied purified shilajit in men aged 45–55 and reported hormonal changes. That result should not be generalized to women, younger adults, or people with medical conditions without further research.
Quality and context matter
Because natural mineral substances can vary, choose products with clear ingredient and serving information. Shilajit belongs inside a complete routine built on sleep, nutrition and movement—not in place of them.
CELUXON Vital offers a measured 400 mg shilajit vitality complex in a simple capsule format.
